Booking Policy
How bookings work for every Cookie Moments class. Each class page also lists its own group size, booking cut-off and early-bird price.
- Cancellations
- No cancellations or reschedules.
- Adding guests
- Add more guests with at least one week's notice. Guest numbers usually can't be reduced, as materials are prepared ahead.
- Booking cut-off
- Bookings close before each date so materials can be prepared. You'll find the cut-off for each class on its class page.
- Early-bird pricing
- Some public sessions have an early-bird price when you book 20+ days ahead. The saving for each class is shown on its class page.
- Group size
- Each class has its own group size, listed on its class page.
- Payment
- Public sessions are booked and paid online through TryBooking. See our Legal page for TryBooking's terms.
- Private and group classes
- For classes without set dates, send Yuki a message to plan a date and time that suits you.
